Enjoy our Beef, Ostrich, Zebra and Venison Stokkies! Translated from  Afrikaans as “little stick”, Stokkies are delicious, low fat, high protein miniature versions of our famous biltong strips.

Made from the same grass-fed Silverside steaks as our biltong strips, we marinate our stokkies in a unique blend of herbs and spices before naturally air-drying them to the perfect crispy state, just for you. Our Beef and Game Stokkies are an excellent source of iron and protein. Choose from our Beef selection the following flavours: Plain Beef, Pepper, Garlic, Peri-Peri, Chutney, BBQ, Chilli-Chutney and Chilli.
