The Guide to Store your St Marcus Biltong

Your Biltong would have been gas packed in a safe environment. While in the packaging your Biltong is happy until its Best Before Date.

Once you’re up for a happy snacking session, open the bag and consume as much as you’d like. If you have anything left, follow these simple steps:

• Do not put it in a sealed container. Instead, keep it in the bag, but do allow for it to breathe. Ventilation is important.
• Do not refrigerate, as this will cause moisture in the bag, which may cause spoilage
• Once opened, be sure to consume within 3 days
