At St Marcus Fine Foods, we’ve been producing traditional South African biltong since 1983, using time-honoured methods, quality British beef, and authentic seasoning. All of our biltong is prepared in small batches, air-dried slowly, and sliced fresh to order for maximum flavour and texture.
