Ina Lessing started up with Lessing Konfyte started as a hobby, under the canopy with 2 pots! It is now 20 years later and has led to a giant business venture. Canning fruits, vegetables and cooking a wide variety of jams since 1990, Ina has perfected this art and in 2013/14, Ina was named Salam/Lanbouweekblad’s women entrepreneur. The cooking and pickling is on Modimolle and the packaging and distribution take place from Centurion.
With a deep-rooted faith and with it confidence and plans as well as sometimes taking chances and showing a lot of initiative, everything contributed to the success, what this jam business is today.
