“With an attractive gold colour, this vibrant wine displays energising lemon, orange and lime cream aromas with lively yellow peach and zesty tangerine flavours interwoven with subtle vanilla oak that lingers on the tangy fruit finish.
30% of the wine is barrel fermented in 15% new French oak and 15% second fill oak barrels. It is then left to mature for 9 months on the gross lees to develop the wine’s complexity, depth and mouth-feel.
A beautiful wine that is best served chilled and enjoyed on its own or as an accompaniment to prawn tempura with ginger dripping sauce, seared scallops smothered in lime butter or roast chicken and leek pie.”
