Deep Persian Carpet Red accompanied by generous layers of blackcurrant, plum and fynbos with a whisper of cinnamon spice. Our subtle use of wood creates a platform of delicious flavours of mocha and chocolate with soft and elegant tannins. Because of the unique collaboration of Pinotage (75%), Cabernet Sauvignon (19%) and Merlot (4%) this wine embraces varied fruit components to create a well-crafted Cape Style blend.

Wood Maturation: Oaking for 12 -17 months in American White Oak,  French Oak. New Wood and 3rd fill barrels.

This vintage pairs perfectly with slow roasted belly of pork, beef fillet medallions, simply cooked ostrich steak and sumptuous roasted duck.
