Boschendal Pavillion Sauvignon Blanc is a pale wine, with hints of honeysuckle and tangerine. While the aroma is of lemongrass and gooseberry, providing a crisp wine with a satisfying citrus finish.
Ideally served with seafood, the Boschendal Pavillion Sauvignon Blanc is also wonderful with poultry.
After being established in 1865 this estate – set in the Drakenstein Valley – gained new ownership in 2013. They have since brought in a talented team. They not only ensure that the products are at an optimal, but also that it’s sustainable. While winemaking is their priority, they also strive to ensure that the valley stays lush, while supporting the local communities.
