Windhoek Bottled Lager is a crisp and refreshing lager.
The Windhoek Bottled Lager story starts back in 1920, when two friends buy a brewery in Namibia. By consolidating four breweries, Carl List and Hermann Ohlthaver established South West Breweries Ltd. Of course, with World War II the company couldn’t grow as well as it should’ve. It was, however in 1965 that List’s son took ownership of SWB. In 1982 they had to expand and when Namibia gained independence in 1990 they changed the name to Namibia Breweries Ltd. Still Windhoek Lager is a favourite among many.
