After destemming bunches, the berries were fed directly to a stainless steel tank. After a few hours of skin contact, the juice was drained to another tank for settling overnight. The clean juice was inoculated for fermentation. After fermentation, the wine was transferred to old French oak barrels. In order to retain freshness, no Malolactic fermentation was done. The wine was aged for 4 months in barrel before bottling.

Intense red fruit and floral notes on the nose carry through on the pallet. The freshness of the wine and crisp acidity on the finish, makes this a great summer wine. The wine is full bodied due to the time in oak barrel and has a dry finish and lingering aftertaste.
