St Marcus Russian Frankfurter Sausage and Koo Baked Bean Casserole

A winter warmer recipe for a Saffa in England:
Dealing with the English winters can be hard for us Saffa’s , Leaving us longing for Ouma’s classic comfort and hearty dishes that warm our bellies and our feed our souls. This recipe will do just the trick , made with our Delicious St Marcus Russian Frankfurters and our precious Koo baked beans, it’ll be on your plate in a jiffy with just 35 minutes of cooking time needed and in just one pan nogal! Go on try it!
1 tbsp. oil (any to suit your preference)
2 packs of St Marcus Frankfurter Sausages sliced https://www.biltongstmarcus.co.uk/shop/butchery/sausages/russian-frankfurter-sausages/
1 onion sliced
1 red pepper diced
250g New Potatoes sliced
2 x Koo baked Beans in Tomato Sauce https://www.biltongstmarcus.co.uk/shop/sa-groceries/cupboard-fillers/koo-baked-beans-in-tomato-sauce-410g/
2 tbsp. Maggi’s Worcestershire sauce https://www.biltongstmarcus.co.uk/shop/sa-groceries/sauces-spices/maggie-lazenby-worcestershire-sauce-various/
1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees. On Gas mark 7 heat the oil in a frying pan and add the sausages and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned, remove from pan and keep aside
2. In the same pan fry the onion pepper and new potatoes for 5 minutes.
3. Return the sausages to the pan with the Koo Baked beans and Maggi’s Worcestershire sauce, bring to the boil. Transfer to casserole dish, cover and bake for 25 Minutes
