Our Fat Bastard Brut Blanc de Blanc is a pale straw colour, with a fine bubble structure and open floral notes. Medium-dry in style, with soft strawberry aromas and a rich, round mouth-feel. Various red fruit characters and a delicate nutty flavour on the palate.

Fat bastard sparkling is sourced from the Loire Valley, France. The grapes were rigorously selected from only the highest quality growing areas to create a very refined cuvée.

Fat bastard Blanc de Blanc is a superior sparkling wine, ideally enjoyed on its own or as a refreshing aperitif.

Grape varieties: 50% Chenin Blanc, 50% Ugni Blanc.
