This festive season we have created a delicious fusion of Juicy Pork & Apple Boerewors to grace your Christmas table. Bursting with a fruity South African flavour, they’re perfect for the braai, oven or for frying this Christmas.
The St. Marcus Fine Foods story actually begins with our Boerewors. It was 1983 when we first opened our doors as a butchery. It was only a matter of time before we started our quest to perfect the iconic South African sausage. With trail and error and growing South African support for our products, we produced a coarse farm style sausage that we’re proud of. Deliciously juicy and well seasoned our Boerewors is a favourite among many. Happy with our Traditional beef and pork mix, as well as the plain Beef Boerewors, we started experimenting with flavour combination.
What we’ve achieved with this variation is a savoury sweet and tasty, these handmade Pork and Apple Boerewors coils are perfect for a Saffa Christmas in the UK.
