Zappa Sambuca comes in blue, green, red, black and white Sambuca. Each has a spicy liquorice flavour on the palate. With delicious new wines and fresh vintages arriving by the month, St Marcus Fine Foods needs your help to clear the decks, so Zappa Original and Green.
Zappa Sambuca is ideally consumed as a shooter, but can also be used in a cocktail. With that being said, we’ve decided to give you some inspiration. So, ladies and gentlemen, this is the ‘Jellyfish’.
You will need:
Vodka 37.5 ml
Blue Curacao 37.5 ml
White Sambuca 37.5 ml
Cream 12.5 ml
You’ll want to grab a highball glass and fill it with ice. Next, add the vodka and float the Blue Curacao on top, before floating the Sambuca on top of that and finally floating the cream. The easiest way to do this is by using the back of the spoon and pouring it in very gently. Stir it gently and slowly for the jellyfish effect.
