The J.C. Le Roux La Fleurette Sparkling Wine has a beautiful, salmon colour. With hints of strawberry, plum and tropical fruit and a delicate bubble which dances on the tongue.
The story of Jean le Roux traces back to 1704, when the French Huguenots fled to the Cape, South Africa. As soon as Mr le Roux arrived from Normandy and settled in Stellenbosch, he decided to plant 8000 vines. We’re sure the Mediterranean climate and fertile soil must have reminded him of the home he had left behind. Today, the J.C. Le Roux range of sparkling wines are still stellar examples of the great influence Mr le Roux had. The range includes this lovely J.C. Le Roux La Fleurette Sparkling Wine.
