If you’re looking for an intense sip of black currant, sweet spice, cloves, and pepper, then Diemersfontein Cabernet Sauvignon is the wine for you.
Pair your Diemersfontein Cabernet Sauvignon up with red meats, or even venison.
The Diemersfontein estate has been in the Sonnenberg family since 1940. First bought by David’s grandfather and then passed down to his father, Richard – who planted the first vines in 1970. Since then, the vineyard has been responsible for truly exception wines. This includes the wooded Pinotage which won the Paul Sauer award in 2001.
