Nestle Cocoa is a wonderfully flexible product, that is both great on its own as a drink or in baking.

450ml whole milk
4 teaspoons of Nestle Cocoa
75ml single cream
Scant ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Warm 150ml of your whole milk in a pan over a medium heat. Stir in your Nestle Cocoa and stir until dissolved. Then whisk in the remaining milk and cream. Don’t remove it from the heat yet. Instead keep it on the stove until your hot chocolate is hot, but not boiling. Next, add the cinnamon and a pinch of salt and give it a taste. Add little bits here and there to adjust and serve. Add a cheeky mallow to the top, which you can buy here, or sprinkle over a bit of chocolate powder.
