These Old English Sausages are made from a blend of coarse pork and aromatic herbs & spices.
After expanding on our farm-style South African Boerewors, we turned our sites on conquering the continent. Born out of that, was a range of speciality sausages inspired by European favourites and African flavours. Our new product line happened to include our pack of four traditionally made Old English Sausages.
Our English sausages are perfect for breakfast. They make a great addition to roasted tomatoes, garlicky mushrooms, scrambled turn them into pastries. They’re also great in a sausage pasta – chop them in with mushrooms, our Spicy Pork Sausages and onion. Then top it all off with a fragrant tomato sauce and parmesan.
