Our Grass Fed Beef T-Bone Steak is a juicy and tender cut from the rear back of the finest beef. Offering you a fillet on one side of the bone and sirloin on the other, it’s the best of both worlds.
The key to cooking a beautiful Grass Fed Beef T-Bone Steak is not only in the seasoning but also in the cooking time. As T-Bone is best-prepared medium, you need around 7 minutes on one side and 4 minutes on the next. This would, of course, vary according to the thickness of the steak. Our 500g packs of T-Bone can also be enjoyed rare or well-done, depending on your preference. Either way, these steaks are full of flavour and perfect when served with Hasselback roast potatoes.
