Biltong is a fantastic energy snack for when your on the move, hiking, camping, fishing etc or as a healthy snack food while sitting back enjoying your favourite DVD. Due to the nature of the curing process nearly all of the meats nutrients and minerals are retained in the biltong, unlike when meat is cooked, thus making biltong a very nutritious source of food that can be stored for a long time. It has been utilized by many cultures and used for explorations world wide and even as essential rations for the SAS.
Our seasoned Brandy Beef Biltong is available in various states of dryness, soft, medium or dry. You can also choose to have it sliced or as a whole stick, to your taste.
